Well, among other things, we have a city full of people who are high on Vitamin D production with all the recent sun we’ve been having. As I mentioned, my wife and I took a ride down to the Portland Saturday Market this last Sunday (yes, the market is open on Sunday too, for any non-Portlanders), and there were tons of people out basking in the first real warm sunshine we’ve had this year.

There were people out walking, riding bikes, there were bike taxis, people with their kids on bikes or in bike trailers, playing in the fountains, laying on the grass – it was a gorgeous day, and a perfect day to be out in the city on a bike.
